Cooperation between AdSearch and Adkontekst

The advertising network AdSearch owned by Interia.pl S.A., one of the biggest portals in Poland has teamed up with NetSprint.pl (owner of Adkontekst.pl). NetSprint.pl agreed to provide its original software nsContext used for sales management and contextual placement of in-text advertisements in the form of underlined words. The cooperation also includes presenting advertisements from the Adkontekst.pl database in the web portal. 

The software analyses website content and selects the most relevant ads. This solution guarantees advertisers that their ads reach genuinely interested users. AdSearch offers text as well as text-graphic advertisements. Moreover, NetSprint offers easy and quick import of Pay per Click campaigns directly from Google Adwords.

At the same time Adkontekst advertisers get a chance to publish their ads also in the Interia.pl portal, which results in expanding the scope of ad campaigns while maintaining high quality of generated traffic. In-text advertisements will be placed on all websites of the Interia.pl portal including the most renowned ones such as fakty.interia.pl, biznes.interia.pl, sport.interia.pl, kobieta.interia.pl or facet.interia.pl.

The cooperation with NetSprint.pl as a technological Partner of the AdSearch system is aimed at providing advertisers with the best in-text advertisement products within the INTERIA.PL portal. The new AdSearch offers our clients the advanced semantic analysis, clear and simple client interface, as well as AdLogo – an attractive advertisement carrier containing text and advertiser’s logotype. AdSearch also provides a great context for ads – top quality thematic sites within INTERIA.PL – says Mateusz Drzewosowski, deputy advertising product manager at INTERIA.PL.

In-text ads are a type of contextual ads placed in the text of articles published in partner websites, visible when the user moves the cursor over the highlighted word. The system analyses the content of an article and selects keywords, which are then highlighted with a double-underline and transformed into active links. The ad is activated when the user moves the cursor over the highlighted word – this action expands a text ad box related to the content of the article. The box opens in a separate graphic layer and does not interfere with the website structure or load time.

nsContext is a NetSprint solution addressed at big online publishers who want to offer their clients ad products related to page content. The platform is used by such European companies as Edda Media (Norway), Open AdExchange (Denmark) and Textads (Lithuania and Latvia). In the first quarter of 2010 two more foreign projects are scheduled for implementation.
